Mumbai masala toast
Steps

Take a Pan add oil to it.when oil heats add Mustard seeds followed by curry leaves and chopped green chillies.

Now mix and add boiled n mashed potatoes.

Now add turmeric powder,salt,lemon juice,Red chilli powder,garam masala chopped corriander and mix it well.

Take bread apply butter and then green chutney.
Sprinkle some chat masala to it. - 5
Now put onion,tomato and capsicum slices on it and again sprinkle some chat masala.

Now put potato stuffing on that bread.
Now put another bread on stuffing.press lightly and put in sandwich toaster for toast. - 7
After toasting take out in a plate cut into halves and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup...
