Ingredients

  2. 2onion
  3. 3spoon flower
  4. 1cup milk
  5. 1pics of nutmeg
  6. 200 gmuzarrella cheese
  7. 50 gcream cheese
  8. 1/2cup of Parmesan cheese
  9. salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the butter

    Place the chopped onion, salt and sauté.

    Add the flour. Stir immediately to absorb the butter.

    Mmediately place the cold milk and stir over low heat until it boils and thickens. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes while stirring. Season with nutmeg. Grind salt and pepper

    Grated cheese and integrate.

    Place the chopped chard. Mix and set aside

    Assemble the baskets or empanadas. Place on plate

  8. 8

    Fill them and place a mozzarella cheese dice on top.

    Take to cook in an oven 375º between 18 to 20 minutes approximately
