Schezwan Chicken fried rice (Restaurant style)

Take a saucepan add water, pinch of salt, 1/2 tbs oil and rice. Cook the rice till 70% cooked. Strain the rice from water cool down completely by spreading on a plate.

Take a mixing bowl add the cleaned chicken pieces, maida, salt, pepper powder, egg, marinate it and keep it for 30min. Take a pan add some oil and fry the chicken in a low - medium flame till properly cooked

Bring the fried chicken to a side add the chopped ginger and garlic and fry till the raw smell goes. Add the bellpeppers and onion and cook them.

When the veggies are cooked 50% add the rice and green chillies and ching Schezwan masala and mix it will cook it for 1min. Don't add salt as the masala already contains salt
