Cooking Instructions

Break the eggs in a bowl and add salt and mix.

Heat a little oil on a pan and fry the egg.

Place the two slices of bread on a plate then, scoop the avocado and spread it on one slice of bread.

Place the fried egg on the other slice of bread.
- 5
Enjoy with a cup of tea 😋😋
