  1. 360 gall purpose flour
  2. 50 gwhite sugar
  3. 50 gmelted butter
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 180 gwarm milk
  6. 7 gyeast
  7. 1medium egg
  8. Filling
  9. 100 gbrown sugar
  10. 50 gsoft butter
  11. 1 tablespooncinnamon
  12. Salt
  13. 1/2 tbscornstarch
  14. Glazing
  15. 100 gPhiladelphia cream cheese
  16. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  17. 40 gpowdered sugar
  18. Splashmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Dry and wet ingredients 2 minutes mix

  2. 2

    Let sit for 1.5 - 2 hours Double in size

  3. 3

    Stretch. Add butter then filling. Press and fold

  4. 4

    Cut and let rise for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Cook 180c for 20-22 min. Preheat oven.
