Melt the butter in the warm milk.

Add all the batter ingredients (except the flower) in a large bowl, and mix well.

Add the flower to the liquid mixture, one cup at a time, beating the mixture smooth after each addition.

Knee the dough on a lightly flowered surface for 8 minutes until elastic.

Roll dough in to rectangle 20 by 40 cm.

Combine the filling ingredients and top the dough.

Roll the dough into a loaf, seal the join with water.

Cut 4cm peases and place on a non stick baking sheet, cut side up.

Cover and let them raise till double in size.

Pre heat the oven to 180'C

Bake the rolls for 10-20 min, be ware the bottoms May burn because of the sugar

Drizzle the icing and milk mixture over the rolls.
