Chicken shami kabab
Steps

Take pot add boneless chicken,split Bengal gram, salt, ginger garlic,button red chillies

Black pepper, black corn, cinnamon stick,cloves,black cardamom,cumin seed, coriander seed and 4 glass water close the lid to cook

Cook until water is evaporated and chicken is tendered let it cool for some time

Then chopped kabab mixture in chopper into thick paste then add chopped onion,green chilli, fresh coriander

Using palm make the shami kabab of any shape and size
- 6
Then dip the egg and shallow fry the kabab from both side until golden brown
- 7
Delicious kabab is ready serve with ketchup and raita
