Ingredients

60 minutes
10 servings
  • 1/2 kgboneless chicken
  • 1/4 cupsplit bengal gram washed and soaked
  • Salt as u required
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 15button red chillies
  • 2Black cardamom
  • 2Cinnamon stick
  • 5cloves
  • 8black pepper corn
  • 1 tbspcumin seeds
  • 1 tbspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  • 4 glasswater
  • 1large size onion chopped
  • 7-8green chillies chopped
  • 5 tbspfresh coriander chopped
  • 2eggs
  • Oil for frying

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Take pot add boneless chicken,split Bengal gram, salt, ginger garlic,button red chillies

  2. 2

    Black pepper, black corn, cinnamon stick,cloves,black cardamom,cumin seed, coriander seed and 4 glass water close the lid to cook

  3. 3

    Cook until water is evaporated and chicken is tendered let it cool for some time

  4. 4

    Then chopped kabab mixture in chopper into thick paste then add chopped onion,green chilli, fresh coriander

  5. 5

    Using palm make the shami kabab of any shape and size

  6. 6

    Then dip the egg and shallow fry the kabab from both side until golden brown

  7. 7

    Delicious kabab is ready serve with ketchup and raita
