Add milk, yeast, sugar and flour and knead well

Sprinkle some flour onto your surface, cut the dough into 18 pieces

Roll the dough out and spread butter on each layer

Cover it with cling film and put in freezer for 30minutes

Cut into 12 pieces and roll the dough like this

Brush the croissant with egg yolk

Bake in a medium heat for 20minutes

Enjoy with chocolate
