Soak mash and mong daal overnight after washing.

Now next day drain the water and grind in machine (juicer blender) like a ghick paste now add gradually water and make a paste of both daal.

Now add salt,chilli powder and meetha soda and mix it very well

Then fry this mixture in a round shape like a ball with the help of spoon in medium heat,if it looks brown then strain the balas in strainer to drain excessive oil or swap with tissues.

Now soak in plan water for 30 min.

Now beat any tetra ppak cream and thick curd,add sugar and salt to taste and chill this curd and cream in refrigerator 4 30 min

Now add the balas after squeezing in cream mixture,chill it for 4 to 6 hours

Now serve with green mint chutney,imlee ki chutneys and chaat masala
