Ingredients

  • 3large eggs
  • Tomatoes,Onion & Scotch bonnet
  • Seasoning & spices
  • Nylon bag or steaming bag

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the eggs in a clean bowl, add seasonings & spices, add chopped tomatoes & whisk.

    Add grated scotch bonnet & onions, pour in a leather or steaming bag, add water in the pot & set on fire, close the pot & allow it to steam for about 20mins.
