Ingredients

  • 1200 gFlour
  • 300 gSugar
  • 200 gButter
  • 100 gOil
  • 12eggs (or 36 egg yolks)
  • 30 gyeasts
  • 5 gVanilla
  • 1.5 tea spoonSalt
  • 500 gResins
  • 600 gwater or milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix warm milk warm yeast and sugar and wait 30 min

  2. 2

    Add warm eggs melted batter and oil, mix in salt flour and use a mixer for 15 min add resins at the end

  3. 3

    Let rise for 2 hours

  4. 4

    Form small buns or brads and leave for 1 hour

  5. 5

    Bake 35 min at 200 Co
