Ingredients

  1. 500gmFish
  2. 3 teaspoonCurd ,
  3. ginger small piece,garlic,onion
  4. 1 tspRoasted cumin powder
  5. 2cloves
  6. 1 cardamon
  7. 5Black pepper
  8. 1.5 tbsproasted gram flour
  9. 1 tbspsalt
  10. 1/2 tbspChilli powder
  11. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  13. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  14. 1,lemon
  15. 4tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients with fish pieces.

  2. 2

    Marinate for 30 min.

  3. 3

    Take a flat bottom vessel and layer the same with ghee,fried onions and fish pieces.

  4. 4

    Seal the vessel with dough and cook on low flame for 25 minutes.

  5. 5

    Your soft delicious and tender Dum Fish is ready!!!
