Ingredients

45 minutes
For four persons
  1. 3-4Boiled potatoes
  2. 1Beetroot grated
  3. 1 bowlGreen peas (preboiled)
  4. 1 Onion finely chopped
  5. 1 spoonGinger garlic paste
  6. 1Capsicum finely chopped
  7. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  10. 1 bowlBread crumbs
  11. 50 grammaida/All purpose flour
  12. 2 teaspoonCorn flour
  13. To tasteSalt
  14. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan.. add 2-3 spoon oil. When hot add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and saute. Then add ginger garlic paste and all masala powder and saute.. when the raw smell goes then add grated carrot and beetroot.. fry on a medium flame till dry.. then add boiled potato and boiled and mashed peas.. take out in the plate and let it cool..

    In a small bowl combine salt, maida, cornflour and make a paste with water.. must be in flowing consistency..

    Take a bowl of bread crumbs and add salt as per your taste..

    Make small roundels or any shape as per your preference.. and first roll in the cornflour and maida slurry.. then coat with crumbs.. do it with all the mixture.. then put all the cutlets in fridge to become set..

    Now you can fry on medium hot oil or also you can shallow fry.. ready to serve.
