Take a kadhai. Add 2 tbsp ghee in it. Fry Kismis in it. And keep aside.

Now in the same ghee. Roast sooji in low flame for 8-10 mins. After 8-10 mins take out the rawa in a plate and add 1 cup water in the same kadhai and let it boil. Once it start boiling add rawa in it and let it cook in sim flame. Once all water it absorbed add sugar to it.

When sugar is dissolved add fried kismis. Dissolved kesar strands and 1/4 cup of ghee and mix it properly. Rawa kesari is ready to serve.
