  • Cinnamon
  • Star anise
  • Mint leave

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your tamarind with hot water and stir

    Add your gloves, ginger, mint leave, cinnamon and star anise or any flavour of your choice

    Then boil for 30min and stir

    Strain the juice and sweeten

    Serve cold and enjoy😋😋
