Take a kadai and add besan, milk and ghee (tene dhabo aapvo)

Keep it for 15 minutes covered

Now take a rice strainer and strain

Now keep the ghee for heating

Now add the strained mixture and roast it till it is golden colour

Switch off the gas but still stir it for 10 minutes

Now take another pan and add water and sugar and boil it. Make the chasni of 1 tar and add kesar

When the strained mixture is at room temperature add the chasni

Mix it for 5 to 7 minutes

Now take a dish and add the mixture and garnish it with charodi and almond

Then make pecies and serve
