Steps

Place 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese (more or less to taste) on bottom half of bread

Place 4 thin slices of avocado on top of the cheese (more or less to taste)

Place in panini Press or grill on stove top until outside is crispy and cheese is melted
- 4
Open the ciabatta and place sliced tomato and arugula to taste
- 5
Close it up and enjoy!!!
