Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mixed all dry ingredients in a bowl
- 2
With a blender/food processor, combine eggs, sugar and melted butter.
- 3
Once emulsified, add in milk and vanilla extract and blend for another 1 minute.
- 4
Add in the dry ingredients and blend for another 1 minute or until the batter has come to a smooth and runny consistency (almost like a cream soup)
- 5
The ready batter can be used immediately or best leave to rest in fridge overnight.
- 6
If using immediately, heat the waffle iron and pour in 1/3 of the batter mixture.Closed the waffle iron lid. You know your waffle is ready when you see the steam stop coming out. If you want a crispier waffle, leave for another 1 or 2 minutes.

One of my coworkers brought tofu waffles that were good, and I wanted to recreate them at home.Belgian waffles don't release a lot of oil, so heat oil in the waffle maker before cooking. These are mildly sweet, so I recommend them for breakfast. Fluffy Waffle Roll Cake Fluffy Waffle Roll Cake
Waffles in the past were not always Belgian waffles but the fluffy ones with custard in the middle.I thought about the old style waffles and came up with the idea of rolling it with heavy cream and fruit. Roll cakes are easy to make, so I recommend making this. When cooking the dough, if you take too long when closing the lid after you pour in the dough, the surface of the waffle will not cook nicely. It is important that you work quickly. Even if the dough rips, it will not be noticeable if you roll the waffle really tight. Don't give up and roll it up. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -
