1 cupBlended pepper and onions
2seasoning cubes
2 tbspnoil

to tasteSalt

Stir fry the blended pepper add the fish spice seasoning and salt stir fry till the water goes down.

Pour in the spinach give it a good stir. Steam for about 3min and it's ready.
