Was supposed to be made with the Instapot, but had to modify it to be in the crockpot instead and it turned out great!
Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high until butter and cheeses have melted, stirring occasionally

After 1 hour, reduce heat to low. Cook for another hour, stirring occasionally

Serve with tortilla chips
