Victorian Sponge Cake

My kids love cake... Buying ready cakes aint an option coz the can be costly and sometimes i have to buy in large quantities since they just can't have enough. I decided, Home made it is. Fresh, and fairly cheaper. Also fun to do coz I involve the kids in preparation.
