Ingredients

  • 1 cupgarri
  • 2 teaspoonsugar (or more)
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Halfteaspoon chilli pepper
  • 2 teaspoonpowdered milk
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Into a bowl, add the garri, sugar, salt, chilli pepper, and milk, stir till well combined

  2. 2

    Put water in a kettle to boil then pour into the mixture made me in step 1 above to make eba

  3. 3

    Leave to cool for about 20-30minutes

  4. 4

    Whisk egg into another bowl and mix with the cold eba

  5. 5

    Roll the cold eba with your hands into any shape of your choice

  6. 6

    Deep fry the chips in a medium heat to prevent burning

  7. 7

    Fry until brown and cripsy. Make sure it doesn't burn

  8. 8

    And that's it.... easy peasy!😋😋😋
