Steps

Firstly, in one pan add 2tsp butter/oil.add onion,and saute. then add blanched tomato and soaked cashew nut.saute it to make a pulpy mixture.

After cooling the mixture blend it.and make a paste.

In one pan add 2tsp butter.ginger garlic paste.saute it.add tomato, onion paste.and all the masala.and I add saute capsicum and onion in it.

When oil is seperated from the gravy.add marinate paneer.(I have marinate the paneer with salt,red chilli powder and lemon juice)for 10 min.

Lastly add 2tsp cream in it.and kasuri methi.

Garnished with corinder.serve with roti or naan.
