Ingredients

  • Fish (seabass used here)
  • Lemongrass
  • Sauce
  • Water
  • Chicken stock
  • Handfulgarlic cloves
  • 1bird-eye chilli (add more if you like spicy)
  • 2Lime
  • 1 tbspBrown sugar
  • 1 tbspfish sauce
  • Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Score the fish and stuff the lemongrass. Steam it for 15minutes

  2. 2

    Make the sauce and boil it over low heat.

  3. 3

    Pour the sauce over the steamed fish.
