  1. 4medium boiled potatoes (roughly chop)
  2. 2tomato (roughly chop)
  3. 3onion roughly chop
  4. 12garlic cloves
  5. 1 inchPeice of ginger
  6. 1 tspjeera
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1 tbspred chillies powder
  9. 1 tbspgaram masala
  10. 4clove
  11. 1 stickcinnamon
  12. 2 tbspcream
  13. As neededCoriander leaves for garnish
  14. As neededCarrot for garnish
  15. Salt as per taste

    Heat a khadhai add oil one tbsp,jeera,garlic,ginger,clove, cinnamon mix it well then add onion cook till becomes pink

    Then add tomatoes mix it well and cook it till it becomes soft then let it cool then blend it and make smooth paste

    Then heat the pan add oil puree and cook it for 2 min then add all masala,salt and mix it well

  4. 4

    Then add boiled potatoes mix it well and cook it for 4 min add water if needed,then add coriander leaves and fresh cream mix it well it's ready to serve
