1 tspChilli powder
2 tbspHot sauce
1/2 tspMustard paste
1 tspBlack pepper
1/2 tspGarlic powder
For coating
1 cupFlour
2 cupChilled water

Marinate the chicken with above ingredients and rest for half an hour

Heat oil and in a mean while take a lollypop first coat in maida then chilled water and then again in maida
3

Deep fry the chicken and enjoy with your favorite sauce
