Cooking Instructions

Melt the oil and fry the pistachios for a couple of minutes. Remove and let cool.

Mash the avocado with a fork and add the lemon juice.

Add the cooled pistachios and mayonnaise.
- 4
Stir and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
