Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspolive oil
  2. 3 ozshelled and crushed pistachios
  3. 1ripe avocado
  4. 1 tbsplemon juice
  5. sliceslemon
  6. 1/2 cuphomemade mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the oil and fry the pistachios for a couple of minutes. Remove and let cool.

    Mash the avocado with a fork and add the lemon juice.

    Add the cooled pistachios and mayonnaise.
