Avocado Cream Pasta

I had some leftover milk, so I came up with a pasta dish in which I could use it up.
I thought I might need to add some flour, but the avocado actually thickened up nicely with just milk!

Cooking Instructions

Dice the avocado.

Heat the garlic in a frying pan until it becomes fragrant.

Fry the avocado.
- 4
Add the milk, soup stock cube and salt.
- 5
Stir it as it simmers until it thickens.
- 6
Remove from the heat, and mix in the boiled pasta.
- 7
Sprinkle with some black pepper, and it's done.
