Scoop out the pulp of two ripe mangoes (I have used Alphonso) transfer it to a blending jar add 1/2 tablespoon of powdered sugar,(addition of sugar depends on the sweetness of mango) pinch of elaichi powder and blend it to a smooth paste. Our aamras is ready

To prepare plain lassi, add 1 cup chilled curd,1/2 tablespoon of powdered sugar, salt if you prefer in lassi and blend it.

To arrange take a tall glass layer bottom with aamras top it up with lassi and again spread a layer of aamras. Refreshing aamras lassi is ready, enjoy scooping out aamras with a spoon or just enjoy it mixing both
