Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupcouscous
  • 11/2 cupsmilk
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupevaporated cow milk(kindirmo)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour the couscous in a clean pot, add the water & 1 cup of milk & sugar boil for 5mins, off the gas & close it for about 3mins, open it & add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk, add the kindirmo, stir & serve.
