Ingredients

  • 500 gmchicken
  • 1/2 bowlcurd
  • 1 tbspginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonred Chilli powder powder
  • 1large onion
  • 1 tspgarlic chopped
  • 1 tspginger chopped
  • 2-3Green chiles
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2radhuni
  • 1Bay leaf
  • as neededMustard oil
  • as neededghee
  • 2egg
  • 4medium Sized pototo
  • Dry masala
  • 1/2 inchdalchini /cinnemom stick
  • 8-9black pepper corns
  • 5-6Green cardimaom
  • 5-6cloves
  • 1blade of mace
  • 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  • 2-3dry red Chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoonnutmeg powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil the eggs. Then Marinate the the chicken with ginger and garlic paste, red Chile and turmeric powder, curd, salt and mustard oil. Keep it aside. Now chop the onion tomatoes, potatoes, garlic and ginger.

    Next take the hard boiled egg, just add some salt and turmeric to it. In a pan add mustard oil. Fry the egg. For few min. Then keep it aside. Now cut the potatoes Marinate it with salt, turmeric and red Chile powder and fry them in the same mustard oil. Now take all the dry masala and make a paste of it. This is the spl Dakbunglow masala.

    Now in the same oil add bay leaf, whole cumin seeds and radhuni. Then add the finely chopped onion. Fry it till pink. Then add garlic ginger, slit green chiles. Mix them well. Now add the marinated chicken. And stir it for 5-7 min.

    Now add the chopped tomatoes, coriander powder. Let the masala cook. When it is mixed well. Add the potatoes. Then add the spl dried masala. Let it cook. Cover it lower the flame. When oil starts coming out of it.

    Add water and let it cook. Add salt and sugar. And let it cook for 15 min. 10 min in high flame and 5 min in low flame by covering it. When it is done add ghee to it and the hard boiled eggs. Serve it with roti/paratha /bas anti pulao
