For rasam first roast the tomato on heat then remove the skin and chopped it in small pieces, in hot tava add cumin, fenugreek seeds, pepper and garlic then crushed the garlic, and above three spices get grind in to fine powder

In deep vessel add oil then add mustard seeds and curry leaves, asafotida, then add chopped tomato and smoked chopped tomato make it one stir then add crushed smoked garlic and mix it well

Then add water, add turmeric, chilli powder and salt mix it well,in the boiled tuver dal add coconut milk in it, this mixture add to rasam mix it well. Then add coriander leaves rasam is ready!

For wada in mixture jar add soaked urad dal blend it with out water, then add rice flour and black pepper

Then take it out in another vessel add chopped onion, curry leaves, green chilli, salt mix this all together and continue mix it with hand for about 5 min in one direction.

Then wet your hands take one ball sized portion of batter and put it on another hands of fingers then dip one finger in water make hole in the center of portion then leave it in oil fry both the sides nice crispy and golden brown in colour.

Then in plate add prepared vada pour the rasam over that enjoy with green chutney and beetroot chutney.
