Ingredients

25 minutes
5 servings
  • 5egg boiled
  • 3large tomatoes (Tamatar)
  • 1large onion (pyaj)
  • 1 inchginger (adrak)
  • 6-7garlic cloves (lehsun)
  • 1 tspcoriander powder (dhania powder)
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder (haldi powder)
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1-2 tspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon powder (dalchini)
  • 2-3green chillies (hari mirch)
  • 3-4black peppercorns (kali mirch)
  • 2-3dry red chilies (sukhi lal mirch)
  • 3-4 cloves(long)
  • 2black cardamom (kali badi elaichi)
  • 1-2bay leaf (Tej patta)
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds (jeeta)
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2-3 tbspoil for frying Egg and cook cury

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil eggs. Remove the outer shell and fry till golden.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add tomatoes, onion, Garlic, ginger, green chillies, black cardamom, cloves, black pepper, dry red chilies add half cup water and boil for 7-8 minutes. After cool them (remove black cardamom optional) and blend into a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Take a kadai heat 1 tbsp oil, add Cumin seeds, bay leaf fry for a second add boiled smooth paste mix well fry for few minutes. Add turmeric powder, Coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cinnamon powder, salt mix very well add 1/3 cup water.

  4. 4

    Prick boiled fryed Egg with toothpick. Now add eggs into the kadai simmer the masala egg curry covered for 10 minutes until Egg coated well. Switch off the flame sprinkle Coriander leaves Serve with roti, paratha, rice.
