Wash and pat dry bhindis. Remove it's top. Slit from the center.

Now mix all the dry masalas well in a plate.

Fill this masala in the slits of bhindis.

Chop an onion lengthwise.

Now heat oil in a karahi and put these bhindis and chopped onions in oil and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in between. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes again and then switch off the flame.

Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
