Boil yellow peas after soaking,also boil potatoes.Both should be boiled soft.

Prepare marinade in a bowl.Cut potatoes into 1 cm thick discs.Coat all the pieces of potato with marinade.Leave for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a non stick pan,arrange potatote pieces and shallow fry till golden.Take out and keep aside.

Intha same pan add boiled pea,add all spices.Mix,add 1/2cup water and cook for 2 minutes.Take out.

Assembling of chaat:Arrang some potatoes disc in a serving bowl.Add pea and chopped veggies.Arrange another layer of potatoes.

Add green chutney,tamarind chutney and curd over.Garnish with sev.Serve.
