Steps

Cut Irish potatoes, rinsh and fry and setaside

Cut all vegetables and stir fry adding seasoning, salt and spices as desire

Add the fried Irish to the stir fried vegetables.

Add a cooking spoon of meatstock, stir together and allow to steam together on a low heat.

Turn off heat, and serve warm. Enjoy with any delicacy of your choice
