For masala: Take a pan dry roast all the masala except coriander leave and grind them by adding coriander leaves.

Boil sprouts in a cooker till 1 whistle or until cooked.

Take a pan heat up some oil add onion and saute till golden brown then add tomatoes and cook till soft then add all the spices and mix then add the masala paste and cook for few minutes then add boiled sprouts, water and salt and cook for 5-10 minutes in low flame and serve.

Now for serving transfer missal in a bowl garnish with onion, lemon juice and mix and serve with pav
