This lemon pepper recipe was very easy. I played around til I found the yummiest one. They are big hits at parties or just sitting down to dinner.

8 years ago, I used to live in New York. I worked at a supermarket there and we sold pizza and chicken wings. The supervisor in charge of the section was an elderly woman who would make these from time to time. This is her original recipe so when it came to the portions for the ingredients, she would just say "A bit of this and a bit of that~" I watched her make them, then rearranged her recipe a bit. Her chicken wings are supposed to be spicy, but since these aren't, they're a hit a with the kids and folks who aren't big on spicy food.When cooking the wings, if you think to yourself "Are these a bit overcooked?" they're probably just right. I prefer using drumettes, but you can use the mid-sections of the wings and they'll still turn out delicious. Recipe by Hiro74
