Yam-sweet potato Balls
Enjoyed with black tea n ginger,
Iftar Mubarak.
Steps

Peel, rinse and cut yam/potatoes. Put in pot add quantity of water (enough to cook soft) with salt, thyme, cover and set on fire

Fillet (remove bones) the fish in a tray and mash it to tiny pieces

Remove the yam from heat, allow to cool a bit and mash into bowl or pot

Add seasoning, salt, paprika,all spice, ginger,garlic, onions,black pepper mix well together with clean palm

Add the fish and mix again

Make balls out of the dough until finish

Break eggs in a bowl add pinch of salt and whisk
- 8
Dip the balls in egg and deep fry in heated oil

Till golden brown
