Ingredients

15 minutes
6 persons
  1. 1 cupDry milk powder
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1 tbsmaida
  4. 6-8cardamom
  5. 1 tbsoil
  6. 1eggs beaten
  7. 1 litermilk
  8. 1/2 cupsugar or according to your taste
  9. 1/2 tspcardamom (crushed)
  10. 1 tspalmond (cut in pieces)
  11. 1 tsppistachio (cut into small cup)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take a bowl. Add dry milk, baking powder, cardamom powder. Mix well all ingredients. Add oil and beaten egg gradually and knead until it become smooth dough.

    In another pot put milk, add sugar, cardamom and boil it on low flame

  3. 3

    From dough made small balls and put it in heated milk. Flame should be on medium. Cook it for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    After 5 minutes slow the flame and cook it for further 10 minutes on low flame.

  5. 5

    Now it's ready pour it in a dish let it cool. Garnish with almond and pistachios.

  6. 6

    Now your yummy 😋 Rasmalai is ready to serve 😊.
