Every iftar of ramzan need sweets with change flavor. Family demand also varies so today decided to made it as one of the favourit of my family 😊.

First of all take a bowl. Add dry milk, baking powder, cardamom powder. Mix well all ingredients. Add oil and beaten egg gradually and knead until it become smooth dough.

In another pot put milk, add sugar, cardamom and boil it on low flame

From dough made small balls and put it in heated milk. Flame should be on medium. Cook it for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes slow the flame and cook it for further 10 minutes on low flame.

Now it's ready pour it in a dish let it cool. Garnish with almond and pistachios.

Now your yummy 😋 Rasmalai is ready to serve 😊.
