Focaccia Bread

My love of bread is increasing day by day. As an artist, I always love to play with the clay and colors but when we talk about food, I love to play with dough. The good thing in focaccia to do finger impressions and I was shocked too when it turned out very well. #wearetogether
Focaccia Bread
My love of bread is increasing day by day. As an artist, I always love to play with the clay and colors but when we talk about food, I love to play with dough. The good thing in focaccia to do finger impressions and I was shocked too when it turned out very well. #wearetogether
Steps
- 1
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and knead flour. It should be slightly sticky. But don’t worry, it will be fine.
- 2
This bread has two rise time. So just cover it with cloth and keep it in the fridge.
- 3
Take it out one punch and knead again. Drizzle few drops of olive oil on baking tray and spread the dough on that. Once the dough has risen briefly, you dimple it with your fingers (my favorite part of this bread)
- 4
I added some olives, capsicum, jalapeno, coriander and shredded mozzarella on the top.
- 5
Preheat the oven at 200 and ur the bread inside. It will be done in 40-50 minutes.
- 6
I took it out from oven, cut it out from the centre and spread butter and chicken spread inside. Enjoy freshly baked Focaccia ❤️
