Cooking Instructions

Peel potatoes, wash and bring to boil with salt. When ready drain all the water and mash.

Cut the onion, spinach, dania and capsicum and shallow fry for 2min with the spices, add in sausage(remove the outer cover and mash then add in)
- 3
Remove from heat and mix well with the mashed potatoes.
- 4
Take a small amount of the mash and mold in your palm then shallow fry on the pan on both sides until they appear golden brown.
