Boil smokies in water for 7mins
- 2
Slice your onions, tomatoes and carrots.
- 3
Put oil in a pan, sautee onions, then add in tomatoes, to cook till soft.
- 4
The slice your smokies and add in to the tomatoes, followed by carrots.then cover till smokies are soaked in the sauce.
- 5
Serve with fries or as you wish.
