Add Boyal fish in a bowl put little salt, little turmeric powder, little red chilli powder and as needed salt,mix with all ingredients well, boil mustard oil in the heated pan fry all fishes in medium high heat and keep aside. Add more oil in the same pan as needed put black jeera, bay leaves, and cardamoms saute for a minute.

Now put onion mixture in the same pan saute for medium high heat, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well saute until tender add jeera dhania powder, mix add garam masala powder mix and continue to cook add tamarind pulp mix well and cook add as needed salt mix well and cook add water and boil add fried fishes and cover with the lid and boil for more times when done turn off the heat add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
