Ingredients

  1. Dry ingredients
  2. 1 1/4 cupsrice flour
  3. 1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
  4. 3 tablespoonscocoa powder
  5. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  6. 1 teaspooninstant coffee
  7. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  8. Wet ingredients
  9. 2 tbspbutter
  10. 3/4 cupmilk
  11. 1egg
  12. 4 tablespoonsbourbon
  13. 1/4milk substitute for bourbon
  14. Optional
  15. piecesTopping: Chocolate chips, pecan bits, toffee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350F

  2. 2

    Mix all dry ingredients together

  3. 3

    Mix all wet ingredients together

  4. 4

    Combine wet and dry ingredients together

  5. 5

    Pour into non stick or greased muffin tray

  6. 6

    Put toppings on top

  7. 7

    Put in oven for 40 minutes

  8. 8

    Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes
