In a large bowl add flour, curd, food colour and baking powder.

Make a batter by adding water and mix it well until smooth and flowing consistency not too thick and thin.

Let it rest for 15 mins.

Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup.

Now heat ghee in a flat surface pan over low flame for frying.

Fill the batter in a piping bag or any squeeze bottle.

Squeeze the piping bag or bottle in hot oil and shape the jalebi from inside to outside.

Fry till jalebi are crisp and golden brown from both sides.

Soak the fried jalebi in warm sugar syrup for 1 min.

Remove from the syrup and serve hot.

FOR SUGAR SYRUP
In a pan boil sugar and water on low flame till one string consistency. Add cardamom powder and lemon juice and stir.
