3eggs
2 bowlscooked rice
2big onion (chopped)
1 tspcumin seeds/jeera
2 tspgreen chillies (chopped)
1/2 tspturmeric powder
4 tbspoil
1 tbspcoriander leaves (chopped)
to tasteSalt

Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds followed by onion, green chillies. Saute till onion turns translucent.

Add coriander leaves,salt, turmeric powder and immediately break open the eggs.

Scramble the eggs and when half cooked and still sticky, add the rice and toss. Serve hot!
