Potato Paneer Potli

Steps

Take a bowl add boiled grated potato, onion, tomato, boiled peas, Coriander leaves and all spices mix well.

Take a portion of the mixture and make four medium balls of the filling add paneer cube and make balls.

Take a bread Slice and Take 1/3 cup water in a plate or a bowl. Dip bread slice in the water completely for 1-2 seconds.

Press the bread between your palms so that the excess water is drained.

Now place the prepared potato paneer stuffing balls on moist bread slice.

Gently roll make potli and join the edges.

Now heat oil for deep fry or shallow fry. Till golden crisp on medium to low flame.

Serve with tomato sauce.
